Sen. Kelly and Congressional Delegation to Visit Poland, UAE, India, Nepal, and Germany
Kelly and House and Senate leaders to meet with U.S. military leaders and troops, and a number of foreign leaders
Arizona Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ), a 25-year Navy veteran, will visit Poland, UAE, India, Nepal, and Germany over the next nine days with Senators Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), Cory Booker (D-NJ), Ed Markey (D-MA), and U.S. Representative Mondaire Jones (D-NY).
The group issued the following joint statement ahead of their visit:
“This strong congressional delegation will have the opportunity to meet with U.S. military leadership and troops in Poland in order to learn how the U.S. can continue to support Ukraine and our NATO allies against Russia’s unprovoked and unwarranted war. In addition, the delegation will meet with a number of key foreign leaders in Poland, UAE, India, Nepal, and Germany to strengthen ties during this period of heightened global tension.”
For security concerns, further details regarding the bipartisan congressional delegation visit cannot be released at this time.
