Having led the Criminal Division and the White Collar Crime Section in the Arizona U.S. Attorney’s office, Mr. Restaino has the background and expertise to handle the federal law enforcement needs in our state and help keep our communities safe and secure. It’s important that Arizona has a U.S. Attorney who upholds the rule of law and operates free from politics. We applaud Mr. Restaino’s nomination and look forward to supporting his confirmation in the United States Senate.”
